Group German course for adults – Language level B1
GERMAN FOR ADULTS – LANGUAGE LEVEL B1
From A2 to B1 – using German confidently and independently
This group course is aimed at adults with a knowledge of German at A2 level or above who wish to develop their language skills in a targeted manner and achieve level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The focus is on the practical use of the German language in everyday professional and personal situations.
Course content according to the CEFR:
🗣️Speaking & Conversation
* Have conversations on familiar topics and take an active part in them
* express one’s own opinions, wishes and experiences
* Describe experiences, plans and personal experiences
* communicate in typical work and personal situations
* Asking questions, exchanging information and keeping the conversation going
👂 Listening comprehension
* understand the main points of conversations and messages
* Recording information from everyday life and work
* Follow conversations on familiar topics
* understand key points from radio, video and audio content
📖 Read
* understanding everyday and work-related texts
* extract key information from emails, letters, advertisements and short reports
* Understand the content of texts on familiar topics
* identify key points and information
✍️ Writing
* writing personal and work-related emails and messages
* Describe experiences, events and opinions in writing
* write coherent texts on familiar topics
* draft simple formal letters and enquiries
📚 Grammar & Vocabulary
* to develop, apply and consolidate key B1 grammar structures
* Use sentence structure and sentence connections with greater confidence
* Use tenses and common grammatical structures
* Expand your vocabulary for work, everyday life, dealing with public authorities, travelling and personal interests

In this group English course, you will improve your English language skills from A2 to B1 and gain greater confidence in speaking and writing.
This course is aimed at adults with a level of English equivalent to A2 or above who wish to develop their language skills in a targeted manner and achieve level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
