He came to the clear conclusion that contextual factors such as financial resources or school structure have little influence on pupils\u2019 performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s all happening in the classroom! The key factors for long-term learning success are&nbsp;<strong>clarity of lesson content, constructive feedback from the teacher, targeted support for self-directed learning and a positive pupil-teacher relationship<\/strong>.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/visible-learning.org\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/visible-learning.org\/de\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A motivating teacher challenges their pupils and helps them understand why the subject matter is important. A good teacher needs not only subject knowledge but, above all,&nbsp;<strong>pedagogical and didactic skills<\/strong>. Teachers who teach with enthusiasm are inspiring and pass on their enthusiasm to their pupils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lecture-style teaching is appropriate when learners have little prior knowledge.
