Contractual and data protection provisions<\/strong><\/h3>
  • A school year consists of 35 teaching units and this number of teaching units is the basis for calculating our fees, which are spread evenly over the year. This means that fees are charged throughout the year, including during the vacations.<\/li>
  • In the KIDS CLUB, a lesson lasts 60 minutes and takes place once a week.<\/li>
  • The groups are made up of a maximum of 10 children.<\/li>
  • It is possible to join at any time during the current school year.<\/li>
  • Classes canceled for reasons for which the school management is responsible will of course be made up.<\/li>
  • Regular attendance is a prerequisite for the continuous improvement of your child’s English language skills.<\/li>
  • There are no lessons on public holidays and during school vacations in NRW.<\/li>
  • You will be informed of the start and end of each school year by the school management.<\/li>
  • There are no additional costs for teaching or work materials.<\/li>
  • For lessons that are canceled or not taken by the member or his\/her legal guardian, there is no entitlement to a make-up or refund of the pro rata school fee.<\/li>
  • The school management is liable for accidents within the scope of its public liability. Any further liability is excluded.<\/li>
  • The respective house rules of the building apply to school hours.<\/li>
  • For insurance reasons, children must be handed in or collected from the school management in person during school hours.<\/li>
  • Outside of school hours, no supervision can be provided by the school management or its employees.<\/li>
  • The school rules apply to all members. By participating in the school lessons, the member or their legal guardian accepts the school rules as binding.<\/li>
  • It is important that children are brought and collected on time to ensure that lessons start smoothly!<\/li>
  • If your child is unable to attend lessons due to illness or other reasons, this should be communicated immediately by telephone.<\/li>
  • If the group size is less than 4 children, the school management reserves the right to combine groups of the same level and age.<\/li>
  • The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Bonn.<\/li>
  • Declaration of consent (data protection) I agree that
    my personal data will be processed exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract and for sending information and offers by e-mail for the purpose of self-promotion and quality assurance and will not be passed on to third parties. I have the right to information, correction or deletion of my data at any time.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
    • The current school fees can be paid either in equal quarterly installments or monthly (12 x per year and only by direct debit). The monthly course fees are calculated in such a way that the fees are also collected during the vacations.<\/li>
    • The continuous tuition fee may be either paid in 4 equal quarterly instalments or in 12 monthly instalments (12x per year by direct debit only).       • In order to be able to guarantee continuous lessons, membership and the notice periods are based on the 1st lesson. In order to guarantee continuous lessons, membership can be terminated at the earliest 4 weeks to the end of the 1st membership year, starting on the 1st day of lessons. From then on, there is a regular notice period of 6 weeks to the end of the respective membership quarter. The customer will receive a confirmation of termination after timely termination.<\/li>
